Our client, within the construction industry, is a dynamic and supportive company based in the heart of Gloucester! They are looking for a Document Controller to join their team for an initial 6-month fixed term contract – there is chance this could be extended depending on performance.

The successful candidate will support project delivery by updating policies and procedures and the recovery, management and upkeep of excel and technical documents whilst ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

- Manage creation, review and distribution of project and operational documents

- Maintain version control and coordinate approvals

- Track revisions and ensure all stakeholders have access to the latest approved documentation

Candidate Attributes:

- Knowledge of engineering / construction industries

- Previous experience in document control or advanced Office Suite

- Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Hours: Monday – Friday - 9am – 5pm

Salary: £38,000
