What you’ll be doing at Sticks ’n’ Sushi

· Lead and deliver a plan for end-to-end recruitment across all UK roles.

· Implement hiring strategies that reflect our culture, values, and commitment to exceptional service.

· Build strong external talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, headhunting, referrals, and trusted agency partnerships.

· Identify and maintain strong talent internal pipelines through proactive relationship building and on-going communication.

· Partner closely with our leaders to understand business needs and team dynamics.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen our employer brand across LinkedIn, job boards, and the careers site.

· Create a seamless, engaging candidate experience — from first contact through to offer.

· Support onboarding initiatives that promote early engagement and long-term retention.

· Use data and insight to report on recruitment performance and drive continuous improvement.

· Own, maintain, develop and drive correct usage of our ATS
