? About the Role:

We're on the lookout for a caring, down-to-earth Support Worker to assist a sociable and independent client with muscular dystrophy both at home and out in the community.

I'm all about getting out and making the most of life whether that's catching a gig, flying my drone, enjoying a pint at the pub, or watching the latest blockbuster. I need someone reliable, friendly, and up for joining in. Flexibility is key... especially when the music calls.

What you'll be working:

  • Weekdays - 8am - 6pm
  • Flexibility to work weekend shifts if needed - 11am - 9pm (this may vary depending on clients weekend plans)


What we're looking for:

We're looking for someone who brings more than just skillyou bring heart.

You're confident behind the wheel and hold a full UK driving licence, ready to hit the road for spontaneous pub trips, drone adventures, or live concerts.

You've got hands-on care experience, and you understand what it means to be there when it matters most.

Your nature is gentle, your patience long, and your communication clearsomeone who connects with compassion and listens with intent.

You're flexible and reliable, ready to adapt when plans shift, and you carry your sense of humour with you even on the busiest of days.

NVQ level 3 or above
