Job Description

What will you be doing? 

As a Supply Officer, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and components across the aerospace supply chain. You’ll be responsible for managing supplier relationships, monitoring production schedules, and maintaining compliance with Airbus procurement and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage supplier performance for metallic and composite detailed parts used in aircraft structures.
  • Oversee the Purchase Requisition (PR) / Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle using SAP (MM / S4HANA).
  • Support Material Requirements Planning (MRP) activities to ensure parts availability and on-time delivery.
  • Resolve supply chain issues, including Quality Holds, NCRs, and Concessions, in collaboration with engineering and quality teams.
  • Maintain compliance with Airworthiness Documentation and Aerospace quality procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.


Qualifications

Experience, skills and qualifications required: 

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related field
  • Background in aerospace supply chain or detailed parts procurement, ideally within Airbus or a Tier 1 manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of SAP (MM / S4HANA) and standard Aerospace procurement processes (PR/PO, GR/IR, MRP).
  • Experience managing suppliers for metallic or composite components.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
