Job Title: Smart Factory Leader Location: Leeds (ETO) Mission: Manage the Digital Operations deployment & Smart Operations deployment road map in their site based on the regional annual site roadmap. Lead Smart Operation internal projects follow up with Site Digital Talents & Site Management Committee. Accountable of the Business Case management of the site linked to the Smart Solutions Catalogue (BCI creation, BCI approval, registration in CanPortal , …) of the Site Digital Accountable for the OT Cybersecurity in their respective site Key responsibilities: Responsible of the Digital Operations deployment road map on site. Contribute in a tangible way to the DLP objectives of the factory. Main Activities Ensure robustness of the deployment by defining and implementing maintenance actions (preventive actions) Support managers to identify Digital Talents and Edison for their site Promote and manage the deployment of the Digital Solutions to ensure process robustness, efficiency, and productivity Implement the Smart Solutions in collaboration with their Cluster RSMR (Regional SubMatter Referent), their Cluster Central Sup port Function (CS&Q, SC Manufacturing, M&M, …) and Schneider Digital Represent their Site during Smart/DQAI/SPS Regular Review with Central Support Functions Secure Key User nomination & Coordinate and animate key user network in factory. Increase awareness and digital acumen level of site population Network continuously with Digital communities being part of one or several communities to share and replicate the best practices Promote and challenge data analytic / process automation with digital communities. Measure Smart/DQAI/SPS Digital Maturity. Manage different activities, including new projects, in order to protect their OT network from cyber threats and sustain the Cybersecurity Performance of their site. Participate to monthly calls with the CSL Community and other webinars to understand current and future projects related to Cybersecurity in ETO industrial sites. Skills: Collaboration: the person will be in contact with rest of departments in the factory and with SE (Smart factory team, EDS team) Communication: will train and educate others Adaptability: able to support change management and receive feedback from the end-users Attributes: Good knowledge on Digital competencies (database, IIoT, BI, Analytics, RPA, QR Codes…) Basics in MES system or at least knowledge of a production control system, just general functionalities and how to apply it to your production processes.
