NET-A-PORTER are now seeking a dynamic Senior Website Content Producer to take a leading role in shaping the digital experience of one of fashion’s most iconic online destinations. Reporting to the Head of Website Content, you’ll be at the forefront of planning, delivering, and optimising content across the NET-A-PORTER website. Partnering closely with the Website Content Planning Manager, Site Content Executives, and cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure every campaign, customer journey, and on-site activation reflects the brand’s signature style and excellence.

As a key leader within the team, you’ll manage and mentor Content Producers, refine workflows, and champion innovation across our web and app platforms - driving seamless, inspiring experiences for our global audience. Some of the essentials for you to know are:

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week (4 days in office)

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

Deliver engaging weekly content updates across web and app, ensuring all customer touchpoints - homepage, listing pages, navigation, and service areas are on-brand, consistent, and optimised for engagement. Lead and mentor Content Producers, managing workloads, priorities, and schedules in Asana to ensure seamless weekly builds and flawless launches. Own site production projects, from brand partnerships and promotional campaigns to seasonal launches, driving timelines and stakeholder alignment throughout. Oversee delivery thresholds and shipping messaging, ensuring updates are accurately implemented and reflected across both brands. Manage large-scale campaigns such as targeted promotions and sale launches, leading the team through briefing, build, execution, and go-live. Streamline workflows and boost efficiency, developing best practices to optimise content delivery and production processes. Collaborate with Tech and Site Content leadership to test and launch new features, modules, and functionality that elevate the customer experience. Partner with Product (Web & App) teams on A/B testing initiatives, using insights to refine engagement and conversion strategies. Oversee targeted content builds for key audience segments - including new, returning, EIP, and loyalty customers - ensuring creative and messaging align with business priorities. Support major brand campaigns and promotions, working closely with Creative, Brand, CRM, and Trade teams to ensure cohesive and timely delivery. Champion CMS excellence, promoting best practice in workflow management, QA, and content governance across NET-A-PORTER.

The type of person we are looking for:

Experienced digital content producer with proven leadership and team management experience. Highly proficient in CMS tools - CoreMedia experience a strong advantage. Skilled in workflow management and scheduling tools such as Asana (or similar). Confident stakeholder manager, adept at balancing priorities across multiple teams and brands. Analytical and insight-driven, with a passion for testing and optimisation. Exceptionally organised and detail-oriented, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused, with a strong sense of ownership. Passionate about luxury fashion, digital storytelling, and creating best-in-class customer experiences.
