Senior Vehicle Technician Required in Farnborough, Hampshire 

Pay: Diagnostic(£40,000) & Master (£55,000) + Bonus Hours: 42.5 Hours per week + Saturdays on a rota  Location: Farnborough | Full Time | Flexible Working Available

Your technical expertise will ensure vehicles are diagnosed, repaired, and maintained to the highest standards, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and dealership success. Required Skills of the Senior Vehicle Technician Our Client is looking for: 
Proven experience working on German-manufactured vehicles, with diagnostic and fault-finding expertiseStrong attention to detail and pride in delivering quality workAbility to work efficiently both independently and within a teamComprehensive knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repairsNVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (preferred)Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approachStrong troubleshooting skills with a proactive mindsetNice to Have Skills:
MOT Tester qualificationAdditional advanced certifications such as Master Technician statusExperience with a range of vehicle brands beyond German manufacturersProficiency in using latest diagnostic equipment and softwareLeadership qualities or mentoring experiencePreferred Education and Experience of the Senior Vehicle Technician:
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance & RepairA minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician or Senior Technician in a franchised dealership environmentProven track record of delivering high-quality repairs and diagnosticsOther Requirements for the Senior Vehicle Technician:
