Senior Vehicle Technician – Main Dealer Opportunity in Gravesend

Are you a dedicated and experienced vehicle technician looking to join a reputable, busy franchise dealership? Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent service and repairs to a high standard, in a supportive environment that rewards your expertise.

Your key responsibilities include:
Performing vehicle inspections, diagnostics, routine maintenance, and complex repairs to manufacturer standardsEnsuring compliance with warranty and safety proceduresMaintaining clear and accurate documentation of work carried outComplete our clients Master Technician accreditation with the Franchise they represent Supporting the workshop team to meet productivity and customer satisfaction goalsThe ideal candidate will possess:
NVQ Level 5 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and RepairA minimum of three years' experience working within a dealership or reputable garageFull UK driving licenceMOT Tester qualification (beneficial but not essential)Excellent communication skills in EnglishA proactive approach with attention to detail and customer focusAdditional experience as a Senior / Diagnostic Vehicle Technician or working in high-paced automotive mechanical environments will be a plus.
