With two state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities and a solid reputation for delivering premium products globally, they are looking to expand their leadership team with skilled professionals who can drive operational success.


 


Position Overview


We are seeking an experienced and strategic Operations Director – Radiator Manufacturing to oversee the full spectrum of our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production leadership, process optimization, and operational excellence within the radiator manufacturing sector.


 


Key Responsibilities



  • Operations Leadership:Develop and execute operational strategies to ensure efficient, high-quality radiator manufacturing across all facilities.
  • Production Oversight:Lead, coordinate, and optimize production processes to meet delivery timelines, cost targets, and product standards.
  • Team Leadership:Direct and mentor production, engineering, and quality assurance teams, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
  • Process Optimization:Implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Quality Assurance:Ensure strict adherence to quality management systems, including ISO standards, to maintain product excellence.
  • Compliance & Safety:Guarantee compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the manufacturing operations.
  • Reporting & Analysis:Oversee operational KPIs, analyze production data, and provide strategic insights to the executive leadership team.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:Collaborate with R&D, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to align operational capacity with market demand and innovation goals.


Key Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of experiencein manufacturing operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role within radiator production .
  • Proven expertise in process optimization, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and production planning software.
  • In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (ISO standards preferred).
  • Fluency in English.
  • Multinational or cross-cultural work experience is an advantage.
