This isn't your standard PA role. We're looking for someone exceptional. You'll be an experienced Personal or Executive Assistant ideally within the creative or technology industry. You’re detail orientated (and because of this) you’re a total perfectionist. You’re at your best in a fast paced, creative and high-growth environment and you pride yourself on always staying 10 steps ahead.

We work at pace here (thanks to our astounding growth) so you'll need to be happy managing a multitude of spinning plates (from diary and travel management, to driving business agendas and managing various projects). As well as your fantastic work ethic, you’ll have dazzling people skills, a determination to make things happen and the initiative to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Lastly, you'll bring positivity, resilience, gravitas and a firm understanding of the dynamics of the business and individual departments, its priorities, people and strategies.

Role Accountabilities:

Act as a primary point of contact for the CGTO Leadership Team: Director of Data, Director of Digital & Director of Technology Providing a range of executive support, including organising and preparing meetings and meeting documentation Coordinator and/or lead ad-hoc projects, presentations and briefs Extensive diary, meeting management, travel management, making judgement calls on prioritisation of appointments for the team Managing inbox and business correspondence Assisting with administrative requirements including processing POs and dealing with expenses in a timely fashion Have a sound understanding of the business strategy, practices and priorities Partner with other EA/PAs throughout the office to coordinate agendas and confirm logistics with the Charlotte Tilbury Team Scanning and filing legal documents Manage team events on a quarterly basis Assistance with management of 1:1s with teams and objective reviews

Requirements

Experienced Personal or Executive Assistant, ideally from the Technology industry managing multiple Directors A positive and can-do attitude Hunger to learn Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills. Proven capability to operate in a pressurised environment, requiring discretion, tact, diplomacy and judgement when dealing with internal and external contacts. Demonstrated experience dealing with highly confidential information. Excellent workload prioritisation and ability to multi-task whilst maintaining high levels of attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Strong presentation skills. A high degree of emotional intelligence. Gravitas and excellent people skills and the proven acumen to handle complex situations and multiple responsibilities. Calm, level headed and professional Interest in the business, commercials and driving projects across the Digital sphere Graduate level is preferred
