Actual Salary: £31,650 - £49,084 (+ £2,679 SEN Allowance)

You would be joining Raise Rochdale at a very exciting time in its journey. Newly established in September 2025, our vision is to provide an Alternative Curriculum which will improve the educational experiences and life chances of all learners in Rochdale.

Our dedicated staff team work collaboratively to provide a safe, nurturing, and aspirational environment where pupils can re-engage with learning, develop resilience, and prepare for positive next steps.

We welcome applications from experienced staff with a commitment to changing the life chances of our pupils. Experience of working with pupils of all ages from primary to secondary will be an advantage but is not essential . Experience of SEMH/PRU preferred but again it is not essential.

The post holders will be required to work across all 3 of the PRS sites as required. This will be on only one specific site on any given day.
