Job Description

Sacco Mann are recruiting for a top law firm to join their successful Risk and Compliance team in their Nottingham offices. Our client is one of the UK's leading law practices and offer services to both the commercial and private clients across a wide range of areas.

The Role

You will be working under the Risk and Compliance director in a varied role, identifying and assessing risks across the firms' operations, assisting to develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, and ensure that the firm complies with laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering risk and compliance questions.
Drafting policies and procedures with clear and accurate drafting. Preparing and presenting training on SRA regulatory issues. Conducting file reviews. Analysing compliance data.

About You

  • Previous Risk and Compliance Manager experience including having worked in a SRA regulated firm.
Good knowledge of the Money Laundering Regulations Strong team player Ability to work to your own initiative. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Be able to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels. Ability to work efficiently under pressure, prioritise and deliver work to a consistently high standard and to deadlines.
