Do you want a rewarding role in the events industry to lead the team to successful delivery of our services?


We’re looking for Catering Team Leaders to join our team at Turf Moor Stadium — leading enthusiastic teams in our busy food outlets for every home match and event.


đź•’ Working Hours

You’ll work all Burnley FC home fixtures, with typical shifts lasting 6–7 hours.

This is a zero-hour contract. While this role is based at Burnley FC, Constellation optimises schedules across over 5,000 venues nationwide, so you’ll have the flexibility to pick up shifts that suit you.


🎯 Your Key Responsibilities

As a Catering Team Leader, you’ll:

  • Supervise a busy food outlet and delegate tasks effectively
  • Deliver clear team briefings and keep staff motivated throughout service
  • Oversee food production (hot dogs, pies, burgers, chips, and more)
  • Manage stock control, food prep, and time management
  • Ensure allergen information is up to date and available
  • Support staff training and development
  • Resolve customer service issues efficiently
  • Accurately process refunds and paperwork via our paperless software


✅ What We’re Looking For

  • Previous team leading/supervisory experience in retail environment - fast food or food service
  • Experience with Self-Ordering Units (SOU) is an advantage
  • Strong communication, organisation, and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and lead by example
  • A positive, energetic, and empathetic personality
