With a portfolio of over 1,700 suburban rental homes and bold plans to quadruple in size within the next five years, this organisation is on an exciting growth journey.

The business specialises in creating, acquiring, and managing high-quality suburban communities, designed to provide long-term rental homes and thriving neighbourhoods. You'll manage all aspects of property, tenancy, and estate operations, acting as the primary point of contact for residents and local partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a consistently high level of customer service to all residents.

  • Manage lettings, viewings, tenancy agreements, check-ins, and check-outs.

  • Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance to ensure timely and quality completion.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and contractual obligations.

  • Lead resident engagement initiatives, communications, and events.

  • Support the mobilisation and handover of new developments.

  • Conduct regular site inspections and estate walkovers to maintain high standards.

  • Work to retain residents and reduce churn through proactive relationship management.

  • Build strong links with contractors, community partners, and local authorities.

About You

We're looking for a confident and motivated individual with a passion for property and people. You'll combine strong organisational skills with a genuine commitment to delivering excellent service.

Essential experience and qualities:

  • Background in residential property, lettings, or estates management.

  • Knowledge of tenancy processes, including inventories and compliance.

  • Highly organised with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • IT literate, confident using property management systems and databases.

  • Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a personal vehicle.

Personal attributes:

  • Proactive, professional, and approachable.

  • Calm under pressure with strong conflict-resolution abilities.

  • Detail-oriented with a drive for continuous improvement.

  • A natural relationship-builder who takes ownership and pride in their work.

What's on Offer

  • Competitive salary of £32,760

  • £4,000 annual car allowance

  • Up to £4,500 performance-related bonus

  • Opportunity to join a rapidly expanding, forward-thinking housing provider.

  • A role that combines independence, variety, and genuine community impact.

  • Supportive environment with real scope for professional growth.

If you're ready to make a difference in residents' lives and take ownership of your own portfolio, we'd love to hear from you.

This shift means cyber security careers are becoming more multidisciplinary. Employers increasingly want professionals who understand law, ethics, psychology, linguistics & design alongside traditional technical skills. In this article, we’ll explore why UK cyber security careers are expanding in this way, how these five disciplines shape the profession, and what job-seekers & employers need to know to thrive in this new landscape.
