Registered Nurse – Aylesbury, Bucks

Location: Hampden Hall Care Centre, Tamarisk Way, Weston Turville, Aylesbury, Bucks, HP22 5ZB

Hourly rate: £18.00 to £23.00 per hour, plus paid handover

Hours: 39 hours per week  

Shifts: Flexibility to work both night and day shifts required, shifts available across Monday to Sunday

About the role:


  • Look after the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents
  • Support the Home Manager to effectively implement policies and procedures and ensure they are upheld at all times
  • Ensure that the residents have access to key medical, social and other care workers as required
  • Have full knowledge of and take responsibility to ensure adherence to infection control policies and procedures of the Department of Health and the company at all times
  • Work in line with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) guidelines, NMC code of conduct and relevant legislation at all times


About you:


  • The right to work in the UK 
  • Valid and current NMC registration and PIN
  • Previous experience in elderly care is essential to be considered
  • Strong clinical skills and a commitment to delivering person-centred care
  • Excellent communication, leadership and teamwork abilities
  • A compassionate and caring nature, a positive attitude and a flexible work ethic
