Full-Time PSHE Teacher – Fareham, Hampshire

GSL Education are recruiting a Teacher of PSHE (Personal, Social, Health and Economic Education) to join a thriving secondary school in Fareham, starting from January 2026. Applications are welcomed from both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced educators looking for a fresh challenge in a supportive teaching environment. A school tour is available before being invited back to the school for a more formal interview process. Interviews are to take place over the next couple of weeks.

Key Responsibilities of the Teacher of PSHE:


  • Plan and deliver engaging PSHE lessons that cover personal, social, health, and economic education.
  • Support pupils in developing emotional intelligence, resilience, and an understanding of key social issues.
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment.
  • Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to support academic and personal growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop PSHE resources and contribute to the wider school community.


Requirements for the Teacher of PSHE:


  • QTS, ECT, or overseas equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Strong subject knowledge and passion for PSHE education.
  • Ability to engage and motivate students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
  • An enhanced DBS registered on the update service or willingness to apply through GSL Education.
