Job Description:

This successful independent multi-disciplinary Consultancy are looking to recruit a Project Manager, in the early stages of their career, to join the Project Management team which is delivering a consistent and growing workload.



Working with and being supported by experienced Project Managers you will be part of a team liaising with Clients, internal / external design teams and Contractors involved in delivering the full range of Project Management duties on a range of new build, fit out and refurbishment projects in the Retail sector.



The successful Candidate will be joining a wider technical team made up of other Project Managers, Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Building Surveyors and Building Services Engineers providing a one stop shop service to an impressive Client base.


Person Specification:

Applicants for this role will have had some experience working within a Construction Project Management Consultancy or organisation and ideally, but not essential, worked on projects within the Retail sector be it food, non food, high street, white goods. Other build types absolutely welcomed if you do not have specific Retail experience.


This dynamic Consultancy will provide an ideal footing in which to develop your career in the Construction Consultancy Project Management field.



Applicants will naturally possess traits including common sense, an eye for detail, a positive attitude, self-motivating, organisational skills and of course be a confident communicator both written and orally.



You might be working for one of the large corporates currently not being exposed to projects as much as you would like whereas this role will provide the opportunity to really develop your career as will very much engaged with the team on schemes.
