Looking for Production Operatives in Leicester leicestershire LE13


We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join our team. As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely production of goods.


Responsibilities:

- Operate production equipment according to established procedures

- Monitor the production process to ensure quality standards are met

- Perform routine cleaning of equipment

- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality specifications

- Package finished products for shipment or storage

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines


Requirements:

- Previous experience in a production environment is preferred but not required

- Ability to stand for long periods of time

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
