Are you ready to shape the future of our Flooring product portfolio across the EMEAI region?
Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead product innovation, streamline launches, and drive strategic growth within a highly collaborative environment. The position can be based either at our Greater Manchester site in Bolton, UK or near our Vaihingen site in Germany, with travel expected approximately 25% of the time.

Reporting to the Senior Product Manager EMEAI, responsibilities will include: 

Product Range Gate Keeper

Control, update and maintain product roadmap Set packaging & Labels in line with market and increase efficiency to meet economical requirements & increase margin Coordinate and agree product launch dates  Communicate product plan to organizational stakeholders  Maintain and coordinate the updating of the Service Level Agreement  Maintenance of Pathfinder  Approval of new product variants and active rationalization of the product portfolio 

Project Manage the Launch of New Products for Flooring 

Full responsibility for project management of new flooring product introductions using our NPI framework Development of launch packages, marketing literature, technical documentation needed for launch Coordinate the process of trial batches, field trials and stock build for launch 

Development of English language up to date Product Literature for existing product range suitable for the EMEAI Market in Flooring 

Product range brochures Systems guides TDS Assure availability of MSDS & DoP  Website 

Product Testing & Certification Coordination for Flooring 

Prioritize and coordinate product testing requirements from sales Proactively identify additional testing and approvals for our product range to support sales growth across the EMEAI region Communicate status with sales and other stakeholders

Issue monthly 30-60-90 day aged stock report

Development of Thought Leadership articles and webinars 

Personally develop or coordinate the development of thought leadership articles to build our credibility within the flooring market 

Training

Deliver and or coordinate training of our sales team in existing and new products Work with technical service department to grow the knowledge of our team in the flooring industry and ability to train applicators


Batchelor’s Degree - graduate or equivalent education and experience.Proven experience in a Product Management or Technical Role for Resin Flooring systems.Experience of working in a complex matrix organizationProven commercial acumenFlooring Product knowledgeApplication knowledge flooringProviding technical guidance and advice to improve quality and efficiency.Communicating technical and operational concepts to enable evaluation of performance and applicability of products and systems.Demonstrate good levels of numeracy and literacy together with good communication/presentation and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, a good team player and possess good planning, organizational and technical problem-solving skills.Ability to prioritise effectivelyAbility to liaise with stakeholders at all levels with cultural sensitivityPC skills; Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); and other applications as required.Work from home and must live in a location suitable for travel within EMEA sales area.Willing to travel up to 25% of his timeHold a clean driving license.


Desirable

Batchelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Operations Management, or related field. Understanding of advanced technical (lab, research, principles and practices. Utilizing industry and product applications concepts and procedures. Multiple languages: English, + 2 preferrable: French Italian German
