Job responsibilities:

Define your product scope’s strategy with clear product outcomes grounded in customer needs Run discovery activities to explore your product’s problem and solution space, de-risk desirability, feasibility and viability, and refine solutions that contribute to the strategy. Run your squad on a day-to basis your functional counterparts (., engineering, design) to build the solutions that contribute to team’s strategy Work with legal, risk, compliance and other controls stakeholders to ensure that proposed solutions meet their requirements

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

Experience designing and implementing fraud detection and prevention solutions in fintech Familiarity with machine learning techniques, rules engines, or behavioural analytics used in fraud detection 5+ years product management experience delivering financial technology products Track record of shipping iterative improvements and measuring results Experience writing clear strategy documents, product requirements and outcome-focused user stories Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies across multiple squads and stakeholders Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders Experience with risk and control frameworks in regulated financial services
