We are looking for an experienced and passionate PR, Events & Social Media Manager to lead communications and engagement strategies. This pivotal role will be instrumental in enhancing the brand's visibility, reputation, and connection with key stakeholders. You will be responsible for crafting compelling stories, fostering meaningful relationships with media and influencers, orchestrating impactful events, and building a vibrant online community.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT:


Press Relations:

Develop and implement a comprehensive PR strategy, crafting a compelling brand narrative and consistent messaging across all public-facing communications.


Cultivate strong relationships with journalists and media outlets to secure high-quality earned media coverage across all business pillars.
Manage all day-to-day public relations activities, including proactive media outreach, press release creation, and sample management.
Monitor, analyse, and report on PR campaign performance, providing insights and managing crisis communication protocols.

Influencer Strategy & Management:

Build and execute an innovative influencer marketing strategy to amplify brand messaging and engage new audiences.


Identify, vet, and build strong relationships with relevant influencers, brand ambassadors, and content creators.
Negotiate and manage influencer collaborations, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Monitor influencer content and campaign performance, including developing a strategic gifting program and overseeing product placement.

Events:

Build and manage the annual events calendar, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and marketing objectives.


Oversee end-to-end event delivery, including venue sourcing, vendor relationships, budget management, and production.
Provide dedicated support in the management of key brand events, such as the Purdey Awards, from launch through to promotion.
Support the organisation and execution of exclusive client events, ensuring an exceptional brand experience.

Social Media:

Develop and execute a dynamic social media strategy across relevant platforms to enhance brand visibility and foster community.


Oversee the creation and scheduling of engaging social media content, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with marketing activations.
Manage day-to-day social media operations, including proactive community management and timely responses.
Analyse social media performance metrics, generate reports, and collaborate with the Brand & Content Manager to define guidelines and identify content opportunities.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

Proven experience in a similar multi-faceted role encompassing PR, media relations, influencer marketing, event management, and social media strategy, preferably within the luxury sector.


Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and internal stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable communication plans.
Proficiency in social media management platforms, analytics tools, and media monitoring software.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
