Job Description

  • Accomplishes department objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes.
  • Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, both in working methods and personal hygiene
  • Maintains standards by training staff and developing them.
  • Accomplishes staff job results by coaching and training.
  • Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing and adhering to company legal regulations.
  • Supporting Pastry Assembly Manager to run the operation and ensuring all the standards are met.
  • Always looking to exceed targets and expectations as well as improve own skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Experience and a proven background in Catering / Kitchen environment.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Ability to take initiative, work independently and or within a productive team.
  • Familiarity with working with employees from a variety of cultural and language backgrounds
  • Passion for high-end cuisine, love for food and motivation to deliver exceptional service.
  • Well presented, professional individual with a can-do, positive attitude that indulges in team success.
  • Flexible in the way you think and adapting quickly and efficiently to stressful situations.
