Partnership Success Executive £26,644 + £3,500 OTE

We are looking for a motivated and driven Partnership Success Executive to join our team! As a Partnership Success Executive, you will be responsible for the activity, retention and ongoing commitment of new and existing partners of our business to business service - Notify!

A little bit about us

We are a tech business that bundle household bills into one fixed monthly payment. One payment means easier finances, less time on the phone to suppliers, and less admin. It’s a game changer.

It’s also a gorgeous place to work. Everybody gets stuck in to make things work, the team will make you feel welcome from day one, and the office is near some pretty great pubs!

What you’ll be doing?

You’ll be joining our Partnerships team to help onboard, grow, and build relationships with our current partners on our free utility registration platform - Notify. A service used by many letting agents up and down the country to help them save time on their admin tasks, all whilst earning an additional revenue stream through us.

An agents journey and where you will contribute to success:

Onboarding - Our SDR team will be responsible for generating new business. Once the agent becomes a partner and has been using the platform for 30 days, they will transition to a “New Agent” where their journey will begin with you, their Success Executive!

Your Portfolio - Within your portfolio you will have a range from new agents, to long standing tenured agents who proactively engage with the portal. There will also be agents who aren't engaging with Notify, and it will be your job to re-engage and understand why behaviours have changed.

Strategic input - You have the autonomy to have strategic direction when it comes to your own portfolio. From account reviews with larger agents, to bespoke incentives to help drive lead generation - the world is your oyster! As long as you have in the forefront of your mind, “what more can we be getting from our agents, and what more can we be doing for our agents?”

Ongoing support - Become the voice of the customer! You will liaise with internal teams including support, sales, operations and development, to lead on product development, in order to service our partners better. You will be responsible for ensuring our services keep in line with our ever changing market and pushing for resources within the business to invest in our business to business services.

Company growth - As the Partnerships Team is the only B2B sales team in the company, we’re responsible for generating business to feed our B2C team. You’ll be a part of the growth of this channel, through increasing the opportunities we have with current partners, and improving our platform making it a service agents never want to leave!

A little bit about you

Here are a few other things that we’d love to see (don’t worry, they’re not all essential!):

Customer Service - You’ll have a proven track record of providing first class customer service in a Support, Account Management, Sales or Business Development role.

Sales Experience - Having previous sales experience will help with identifying cross selling opportunities when speaking to customers when leading engaging sales training calls with our partners, and online platform training. Having this sales experience will help with retaining customers, driving engagement and lead generation.

Confidence & Communication - You are fantastic when it comes to communication, whether it is written and oral, in person or over the phone. You are professional but friendly and able to build relationships with clients and your team with ease. You must be analytical and able to support your decisions and suggested positive changes through your use of data.

Target Driven - You will have previous experience for achieving and exceeding targets. Keeping to KPIs is a big part of this role! You’ll need to maintain your own personal KPIs as well as being a team player to help the overall team achieve our targets.

Organised - You have the ability to prioritise your workload and can manage your time effectively. Using your fantastic organisation and time-management skills, you’ll be self-motivated and able to work independently to get things done when the situation requires it.

Proactive & outside the box thinking - You have a strong initiative and are a self starter. Activity is key to be successful within this role. You will need to be proactive in your outreach, to ensure our users log in regularly to our system, help them make the most out of the free service and make sure we get the most out of them! Having the ability to think outside the box and bring new ideas to the table will help mix up our outreach when it comes to achieving lead generation.

Why Cyber Security Careers in the UK Are Becoming More Multidisciplinary

Cyber security used to be viewed primarily as a technical discipline: firewalls, encryption, intrusion detection, penetration testing. In the UK today, it’s far broader. Organisations now face complex legal frameworks, ethical dilemmas, human-behaviour risks, communication challenges & usability hurdles. This shift means cyber security careers are becoming more multidisciplinary. From protecting NHS patient records to defending financial services, securing supply chains & safeguarding national infrastructure, cyber security now touches every sector. Employers increasingly want professionals who understand law, ethics, psychology, linguistics & design alongside traditional technical skills. In this article, we’ll explore why UK cyber security careers are expanding in this way, how these five disciplines shape the profession, and what job-seekers & employers need to know to thrive in this new landscape.

Cyber Security Team Structures Explained: Who Does What in a Modern Cyber Security Department

Cyber security has become a top priority for UK organisations of all sizes. From small businesses to financial institutions, healthcare providers, and government bodies, the risk of cyber attack is now a constant concern. Threats are more sophisticated, regulations more demanding, and customers more aware of data privacy than ever before. But defending against cyber threats isn’t simply about having the right tools — it’s about having the right team. A modern cyber security department relies on clearly defined roles and responsibilities to ensure that defences are proactive, incidents are managed swiftly, and compliance is maintained.
