As a Hearing Wellness you'll gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge hearing technology, perform hearing screenings, assist with hearing aid maintenance, and receive comprehensive, fully funded training at the Boots Hearingcare Academy, making this an ideal stepping stone into a clinical audiology career with opportunities for progression into advanced hearing care roles.

Training is spread over several months, ensuring a structured learning approach.


Sessions take place at our dedicated Boots Hearingcare Academy in Llandudno, covering core audiology knowledge, customer interactions, and specialist procedures.

In-Store Mentorship & Hands-On Experience

Gain practical experience working alongside experienced Audiologists


Develop expertise in hearing screenings, customer consultations, and hearing aid maintenance.
Learn how to confidently discuss hearing health, ear care products, and treatment pathways with customers.

Specialist Skills & Advanced Hearing Services

Progress into specialist training, including wax removal (Micro Suction), providing an essential service to customers.


Learn about advanced hearing technology and develop the ability to recommend tailored solutions for a variety of hearing needs.
