The Role

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to support our two Co-Founders, the CEO and Chief Revenue Officer, on a part-time basis (3 days per week). Mon/Tues/Thurs 

As well as the EA responsibilities, you’ll thrive in a fast paced, high-growth environment, managing shifting priorities, streamlining processes, and introducing technologies that make the co-founders’ day-to-day so they can focus on strategic priorities.

The ideal candidate is solutions-focused, adaptable, and skilled at creating structure in a dynamic environment.

This role is UK based, primarily remote working with some travel required to our London Office.

What you will do

  • Provide high-level executive support to the CEO and CRO managing complex diaries, travel, and communications.
  • Proactively streamline their schedules to ensure maximum focus on strategic priorities and manage /deal with email traffic
  • Organise national and international travel (sometimes last minute), including flights, hotels, transfers and agendas
  • Act as the strategic right hand, ensuring priorities, deadlines, and initiatives run smoothly across the business.
  • Leverage modern SaaS tools and digital workflows to drive efficiency and streamline processes.
  • Coordinate board meetings, investor relations, and leadership offsites with precision and discretion.
  • Prepare and manage expense claims.
  • Book meeting rooms, source off-site venues and coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings on their behalf - and, when required, attend meetings to take diligent notes and track action points.
  • Support on team engagement activities, such as company-wide events and socials as and when required.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar support - ideally in a fast-paced startup or scale up environment.
  • Outstanding organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Some experience in AI and using AI tools would be a huge bonus
  • Tech-savvy, comfortable with AI, digital tools and SaaS platforms.
  • Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and able to anticipate needs before they arise.
  • Resilient and adaptable, thriving in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that demonstrate a high level of professionalism, both verbal and written.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Naturally resourceful and solutions focused
  • Driven by curiosity, ownership and a desire to constantly improve.
