Required Skills for the Panel Beater Role :
Proven experience as a Vehicle Panel Beater within an automotive repair environment Skilled in panel repair, replacement, welding, bonding, and using appropriate tools Confident in repairing hybrid and EV vehicles with the correct methods Strong understanding of vehicle repair processes and safety protocols Organisational skills with a keen eye for detail Ability to work efficiently within deadlines and as part of a team Full UK driving licence and your own tools & equipment
Nice to Have Skills:
ATA Panel Beating accreditationExperience with advanced vehicle repair technologiesAdditional qualifications such as MET or Auto Electrician experiencePreferred Education and Experience:
NVQ Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Panel Repair or similar qualificationDemonstrable experience in vehicle collision repairsExperience working on hybrid and electric vehicles is highly desirableOther Requirements:
Ability to work Monday to Friday, 7am – 5pm, with 1 in 2 Saturday mornings paid at overtime depending on business needsCommitment to maintaining safety standards and workplace organisationSelf-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for quality workWillingness to travel to different sites across Guildford and surrounding areas as requiredJoin Our Clients Accident Repair Workshop Team based in Guildford and enjoy a competitive salary of £54,600 per annum, plus the potential to earn up to £57,000 with overtime and bonuses.
