As an Order Fulfilment Specialist, you’ll be accountable for ensuring the smooth and effective processing of customer orders from receipt through to delivery. Your remit will span all touchpoints of the customer journey, including updating customer data, processing delivery and collection orders, checking product availability, communicating with carriers and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You’ll be based out of our fantastic Birchwood park office (WA3 6XG) but you’ll also have the opportunity to work from home 40% of the time.

You’ll have excellent customer service experience gained in a fast-moving business with demonstrable experience building internal and external relationships. You’ll further be able to demonstrate a hands-on approach to problem solving, have excellent communication skills and working knowledge of Microsoft office and be comfortable interpreting financial information.

You’ll be working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders, so will need to have excellent communication, negotiation, persuading and influencing skills. It’s also important that you have a desire to solve problems and continually improve our systems and processes.
