Your responsibilities will include:


  • Open doors and greet guests with warm, personable welcome
  • Assist with luggage according to our hotel standards
  • Ensure that the lobby area is in impeccable condition
  • Work closely with all team members, especially those in Concierge, Reception and Housekeeping
  • Deliver things such as messages, newspapers, deliveries, amenities and more where necessary
  • Security checks
  • Assisting with Housekeeping duties such as preparing extra beds etc
  • Taking and delivering room service orders
  • Ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
  • Have an excellent command of the English language
  • Have good knowledge of London and the local area
