Learning Support Assistant – Slough – ASAP Start (Temp to Perm)

GSL Education is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Slough, starting as soon as possible. This is a temp to perm opportunity, offering long-term prospects for the right candidate.

The successful Learning Support Assistant will work closely with students across various key stages, providing tailored support to those with additional learning needs, including Special Educational Needs (SEN) and Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges. You will play a key role in ensuring every child is given the opportunity to succeed academically and emotionally.

This Learning Support Assistant role is ideal for someone with previous experience in education, youth work, care, or support roles. You must be confident, compassionate, and able to build strong, professional relationships with students and staff alike.
