Working Hours

Constellation optimises the working schedules of Compass employees, so we can also help you work at over 5,000 venues across the UK on shifts that suit you.


Main Responsibilities

Based in a busy kitchen at Aston Villa FC, Edgbaston Cricket Ground and Wolverhampton Wanderers, your main tasks will be to:


  • Prepare delicious food to menu specifications, ensuring that Levy standards and procedures are followed.
  • Ensure all ingredients are available for the entire menu matrix.
  • Take pride in your business and share agreed standards with your team.
  • Assist with new team members by giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.


Skills / Qualifications

We are looking for Lead Chef's, Sous Chef's and CDP's for our matchdays at Aston Villa, Edgbaston Cricket Ground and/or Wolverhampton Wanderers with exceptional standards of hygiene and cleanliness who inspire those around them to be passionate about food.

Previous experience is essential. You must be over 18 for these roles.


Excellent communication and remaining calm under pressure will be key to ensuring smooth delivery.
