Location: Hybrid – London or Manchester office
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per annum + performance bonuses

What you’ll be doing:

Responding to inbound calls and emails from customers regarding policy coverage, benefits, and claims


Assisting customers with their health insurance applications, renewals, and account queries
Handling and resolving complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
Escalating complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate internal teams
Updating customer information and interactions accurately in the CRM system

Previous customer service experience (insurance or healthcare background is a plus)


Strong communication skills – clear, compassionate, and confident
