ADI Global Distribution now have the opportunity for a Inside Sales Associate to join the ADI team at our Eastleigh Store. This role will be working Monday-to-Friday and offers excellent, long-term opportunities to build a career within the electronic security industry.

As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, handling sales inquiries, processing orders, and supporting the team as well as the Store manager in stimulating sales and achieving sales targets collaboratively as part of a team. 
 


JOB DUTIES:

Support the Store Manager and team in achieving sales and profit targets through effective account management and customer engagement. Deliver exceptional customer experiences by building and maintaining strong relationships with B2B reseller accounts, strategic vendors, and supply partners. Manage a portfolio of reseller accounts, actively tracking pipelines, closing deals, and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs. Assist in executing store business plans and marketing strategies to drive revenue and profitability. Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally, escalating when necessary to ensure resolution. Deliver products to customers across the region, ensuring timely and accurate service. Lead by example, promoting positive behaviours and ensuring compliance with audit and operational standards. Support onboarding campaigns and marketing activities via direct mail, email, social media, and trade shows. Maintain accurate CRM data to provide visibility on business progress and customer relationships. Collaborate with internal teams to align business initiatives and deliver end-to-end product solutions through comprehensive product knowledge.

YOU MUST HAVE: 

Prior sales/customer service experience - preferably in a trades or wholesale environment but equally retail will be considered favourably  Ability to multi-task and sell over the phone as well as face to face Excellent communication skills

Prior sales and industry experience, ideally within wholesale distribution or trade counter environments Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Confident communicating with customers by phone, offering advice and identifying upselling opportunities Experience using CRM systems to manage customer data and sales pipelines Ability to analyze sales performance and adapt strategies accordingly Skilled in remote presentations and product demonstrations via Teams, Zoom, etc. Problem-solving mindset with proven ability to manage client and executive relationships Quick to learn and apply product knowledge to deliver tailored solutions
