What you will do:

  • Liaise directly with customers, managing incidents from inception to resolution. This includes troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving technical incidents within their respective platform and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Take a leadership role within the team, prioritizing workloads, promoting good practices, and maintaining a professional approach under operational pressures.
  • Respond to, investigate, and resolve incidents affecting on-air flow, collaborating with internal and external engineering teams as needed.
  • Manage recurring problems by closely working with engineering teams and documenting issues in accordance with set procedures.
  • Communicate regularly with internal and external customers regarding incidents, problems, and projects, attending meetings as necessary.
  • Plan and execute upgrades on assigned technology platforms, managing relationships with suppliers to ensure suitable support arrangements.
