IAM Tech Analyst

Contract - £480p/d Inside IR35

12 months - Remote

I am currently seeking an experienced IAM Tech Analyst to join An FS business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IAM / PAM, process improvement, and access control standards.

Responsibilities:

• Working with a variety of colleagues to help shape and deliver the IAM / PAM roadmap
  
  
• Implement process improvements to improve efficiencies and reduce risk
  
  
• Ensure only appropriate and relevant access is in place to enable employees to fulfil their role requirements
  
  
• Working in a fast-paced area supporting major Bank initiatives as well as day to day administration activities
  
  
• Ensure compliance with the IAM elements of the Information Security Policy Standard, Access Control Standards and associated Access Governance Framework
  
  Requirements:
  
  
• Previous experience in IAM / PAM
  
  
• Strong communication skills
  
  
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders
  
  
• Knowledge of access control standards and information security policies
  
  
• Experience in process improvement and risk reduction
