House of Louie, part of a world-class hospitality group including RIKASParis Society, and the Ennismore Group, is a stunning four-storey townhouse located in the heart of the West End. With our new contemporary Japanese dining concept launched this September, alongside our established French restaurant and the lively Alligator Bar, we offer guests a truly unique and memorable experience.

About the Role – You will:
• Be the first point of contact for our guests, welcoming them with warmth and professionalism
• Manage reservations, seating plans, and guest flow to ensure a smooth service
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and any special arrangements
• Work closely with the front-of-house team to coordinate seamless service
• Maintain the reception area’s appearance and keep it organised
• Provide exceptional guest care and help create a welcoming atmosphere

About You – You will have:
• Previous experience as a hostess or in a front-of-house customer service role (preferred but not essential)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly, approachable, and professional manner
• The ability to stay calm and organised in a busy environment
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekend
• Knowledge and previous experience with Sevenrooms is essential
