Our investments business is a specialist asset manager that focuses on areas where we have both strength and scale to capitalise on the key themes shaping the market, through either public markets or alternative asset classes.

About the role:

We areseekinga results-drivenleaderto drive the development and execution of the Adviser Marketing strategy in the UK.The role will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.

KeyResponsibilities:

Develop and deliver a marketing strategy that drives adviser awareness, engagement, and growth. Ensuring the progress anddeliveryof planned outputs andaccountable for commercialoutcomes.

Leadamulti-channelstrategyfor adviser acquisition and engagementacross digital, events, content, CRM, and brand.

Define andmaintaina strong market position with consistent, impactful messaging.Ensuringall marketing is consistent with brand guidelines.

Empoweranddevelopa high-performing team, including agencies and partners.Creating a culture of trust and accountability,encouragingprofessional development and growth.

Ownthe marketing budget,strategic financial planning, andexecutive level reporting for channel performance.

Act as a strategic partner across the business, fostering cross-functional alignmentand seen as an authority both internally and externally. 

Collaboratecloselywith sales, product, and service to ensure marketing supports adviser needs.

About the Candidate:

Extensiveleadership experience inB2Bmarketing, ideally within financial services or platform businesseswitha track recordof developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing strategies.

Strong understanding of adviser audiences, their needs, and how to engage them effectively.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and narratives.

Experienced inmanaging teams and external partners, fostering high performance and collaboration.Empowering team members to take ownership and accountability for positive outcomes for clients and colleagues.

Commercial acumen,demonstrable experiencein managing significant budgetsandstrategicoptimisation for efficient return oninvestment. 

Data-driven approach, witha proventrack recordinsettingKPIs and using insights to improve performanceand deliver commercial results.Experienced in executive level reporting.

Effective stakeholder management;with executive-levelcollaborationandcomfortable working cross-functionally with sales, product, and service teams.

Resilience and adaptability, thriving in fast-paced, transformational environments.
