Guest Relations Executive

Crafting exceptional stays through care, precision and personal connection

As a Guest Relations Executive at Nobu Hotel London Portman Square, you’ll be the trusted point of contact for our most valued guests — ensuring every detail of their stay is seamless, personalised and memorable. From pre-arrival arrangements to post-departure follow-ups, you’ll deliver Nobu’s crafted hospitality with warmth and professionalism.


You will


  • Verify arrivals, checking VIP status, profile notes and special requests
  • Provide special attention to long-stay and high-rate guests, ensuring tailored setups
  • Make pre-arrival and in-house courtesy calls to enhance the guest experience
  • Allocate amenities and share lists with relevant departments
  • Prepare welcome cards and liaise with other teams for personalised touches
  • Conduct VIP room checks and ensure full suite setups are completed
  • Coordinate with Concierge and outlets for priority or last-minute bookings
  • Handle payment, setup and coordination for special occasion packages
  • Allocate and block VIP rooms in advance for smooth arrivals
  • Monitor VIPX inbox and respond promptly to guest enquiries throughout the stay
  • Maintain lobby presence, assist with VIP rooming, check-ins and check-outs
  • Manage complaints with empathy and efficiency
  • Send personalised post-departure follow-up communication to VIP guests
  • Perform any other duties as required

You bring experience in guest relations or front-of-house roles, ideally within a luxury hotel setting. You’re detail-oriented, proactive and passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences. With strong communication skills and a genuine sense of hospitality, you’ll ensure every interaction reflects Nobu’s crafted approach.
