Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a General Assistant - Hospitality to be a part of our integral team at BP HQ, St James Square, London, SW1Y 4PD

As a Hospitality General Assistant, you will mainly be working front-of-house, handling fine dining events, setting up rooms and silver service. You will provide excellent customer service and report to the General Manager on site.

You must be eligible to work in the UK and have resided in-country for more than 3 years. Security checks are required for this role.

  • We are offering a full time, permanent position. You will be working 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday. Shift times range from 6.30am – 6.30pm. The hourly rate is £13.85.

A day in the life of a General Service Assistant

  • Fine dining, silver service
  • Cleaning duties associated with service and related equipment and/or furniture.  
  • Preparation of service area and/or service points. 
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Ensure all food hygiene regulations are adhered to.
  • Correct storage of food items and equipment after service.  
  • Maintain personal hygiene, appearance, and uniform to company regulations at all times.  
  • To present an image at all times conducive to good customer relations.  
  • The job description may be altered from time to time to meet the changing needs and requirements of the company

 

You will be set up for success if you have:

  • Previous experience is essential
  • Fine dining experience / butler service preferred
  • For this role you must be 18+
  • Must have eligibility to work in the UK and have resided for longer than 3 years. Security checks are required for this role
