Are you a Fire and Security Engineer based within commuting distance to Bristol and happy to cover both Service and Maintenance but mix it up with some installation works?
Due to a number of contract wins this small but rapidly growing company located in Bristol are recruiting for -

They are professional, innovative, and inclusive, working in partnership with an established Bristol based Facilities Management Company. Our focus is on providing high quality fire and security solutions across the South West and South Wales regions mainly within the FM and M&E sectors.
With a strong emphasis on investing in our team's development. Every member of our staff is enrolled on a recognised Level 3 FIA course within the first six months of employment.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Foster effective communication between the company and our valued customers.
  • Collaborate as part of a team, covering a specific geographical area.
  • Execute site installations in accordance with specifications and plans.
  • Conduct planned preventative maintenance in line with contractual agreements.
  • Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed after job completion.
  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with technical questions and concerns.
  • Uphold high standards in team working practices.
  • Support company policies and best practices, especially regarding the protection of sensitive customer information.
  • Be responsive to any reasonable requests from management.


Summary of Capabilities/Competencies:

  • A strong dedication to providing excellent customer service.
  • Exceptional telephone etiquette.
  • Proficiency in working with computers.
  • A collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
  • A good understanding of fire alarm systems(Desirable – GENT or TYCO experience)
  • Previous experience within an installation or maintenance position is essential

REMUNERATION PACKAGE

  • Salary – £40000 to £43,000.00
  • Overtime available available
  • Weekly On Call Standby Allowance (1 in 4)
  • Company vehicle
  • Company tools
  • Pension
  • Holidays
  • Any other benefits – Phone, laptop Etc
  • Working hours – 8:30am – 5pm
  • Company guarantee for full training and/or refresher course to complete Level 3 FIA training within first six months of employment.
