The Elevation programme is designed to help you live and breathe our principles. You’ll discover what it means to think without limits, own it, be relevant and be the next champion of finance. This is a unique opportunity to deliver tangible performance for the UK’s biggest multi brand retailer through exposure to key departments within the finance function. You’ll undertake a cutting-edge training course to fully prepare you for a career in finance and work towards a fully accredited ACA qualification.

What you’ll do

Year 1:


You’ll gain hands-on experience by working closely with multiple departments and companies across the group to obtain and analyse financial data. You will rotate through the finance department to gain exposure to all functions of finance; such rotations may include:

  • Purchase Ledger
  • Treasury/Cash department
  • Management accounts
  • Group department
  • Other - you will work closely with internal and external auditors, stakeholders and senior management.

Year 2:

In your second year, you will gain a fixed role in a department where you’ll take on more responsibility and regular deadlines and tasks. This will give you an opportunity to apply knowledge and processes learnt in the first year to your task/department and identify areas to streamline the process.

In addition, you will progress to the second tier of professional examinations which involve more technical accounting practices and progress your understanding of the regulations and legislations which finance professionals abide by.

Year 3:

By the third year, you will have gained experience in your role and may be ready to take on more responsibility, such as training the newer team members and assisting with more technical accounting tasks. 

Coming towards the end of your professional studies, you will be focusing on the last tier of exams in order to complete the qualification and become a fully chartered accountant.

  6. Programme starts Sept 2026 with an immersive orientation week.
