Key Responsibilities

:
Managing a caseload of divorce, financial remedy, and private children cases.
Advising on high-value financial settlements, including matters involving police and public sector pensions.
Preparing and negotiating pre-nuptial, post-nuptial, and cohabitation agreements.
Working closely with clients to provide practical, sensitive, and strategic advice.
Managing cases from initial instruction through to resolution, maintaining excellent standards of client care.
Building and maintaining strong working relationships with colleagues and external professionals.

About You:

Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years’ PQE in private family law.


Proven experience handling complex financial remedy work.
Familiarity with police pension and public sector pension issues is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Organised, commercially aware, and committed to professional growth.
