The Role:

We are seeking a capable and motivated Estimating Manager to join an expanding operations team. The successful candidate will support the planning and delivery of multiple projects across construction, roofing, restoration, and maintenance disciplines, ensuring that all work is delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with safety and quality standards.

Working closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, you will play a key part in coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and contributing to the successful completion of every project stage.

Please note that it is essential for candidates to have a minimum of 3 years' experience within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in the planning, quotes, tenders, coordination, and delivery of construction and maintenance projects.

· Support the preparation of project documentation, including schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and progress reports.

· Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and efficient workflow.

· Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and supporting timely resolution.

· Help ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

· Contribute to procurement, materials management, and subcontractor coordination.

· Attend site meetings, record minutes, and support the reporting process for project stakeholders.

· Assist in maintaining quality assurance standards and client satisfaction throughout all project phases.

· Be responsible for managing a small team

About you:

Essential Criteria:

· Minimum of 3 years previous experience in construction in roofing, restoration, or facilities management

· Relevant academic or professional qualifications (Management)

· Excellent organisational and time-management skills

· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

· Proactive attitude with a strong commitment to learning and professional growth

· Enthusiasm for construction project management and operational delivery

· Knowledge of health and safety regulations, construction methods, or project management frameworks

· Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to projects if & when needed
