'Estate Agent' Main Responsibilities:


  • Act as a liaison between sellers and buyers, facilitating property transactions in the Woodley area.
  • Conduct property viewings, providing insightful information and guidance to potential buyers.
  • Utilize your knowledge of the local market to accurately value properties and negotiate sales.
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities through networking and marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates and support throughout the sales process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to better advise clients and maximize sales opportunities.


'Estate Agent' Key Skills and Experience Requirements:


  • Previous experience in real estate sales or a similar customer-facing role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A proactive and results-driven attitude, with a determination to exceed targets.
  • Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
