We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the CEO across both business and personal matters (50/50 split). This is a pivotal role at the heart of a fast-paced, creative company - perfect for someone who thrives in an environment where no two days are the same.The Role:You’ll act as the CEO’s right hand, managing a busy international schedule, coordinating travel, and ensuring the smooth running of both their professional and personal lives. From liaising with high-profile clients to managing multiple properties, this is a hands-on, varied role requiring a sharp mind, excellent judgement, and total discretion.Key Responsibilities: •First point of contact for calls, correspondence, and meetings• Full diary and inbox management, including travel itineraries and logistics• Support new business meetings, proposals, and pitch preparation (PowerPoint & Excel)• Liaise with key stakeholders — clients, suppliers, staff, and family members• Oversee personal admin, including properties, household staff, and expenses• Prepare notes and documentation for board meetings• Implement efficient administrative and organisational systemsLooking for: • A confident, proactive, and highly organised EA with a minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting at C-suite level, ideally within an agency environment (events, PR, marketing, or similar).• A natural ability to manage boundaries, anticipate needs, and keep a fast-moving CEO on track.• Meticulous attention to detail and written communication• Strong prioritisation and gatekeeping skills• Proven discretion and professionalism handling sensitive information• A calm, composed demeanour with a touch of charm• Advanced PowerPoint & Excel skillsThis is an exciting, fast-paced position supporting an HNWI at the helm of a global creative business.
