We’re looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organised Customer Service Advisor to be the welcoming face (and voice) of our busy automotive repair centre. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in delivering an exceptional experience for every customer from first contact to vehicle collection.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly, both in person and over the phone Manage repair bookings, vehicle handovers, and updates throughout the process Liaise with technicians, insurers, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication Handle queries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally Keep accurate records and maintain a high level of attention to detail

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role (automotive industry experience beneficial but not essential) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly A genuine passion for delivering great service
