About the role

We're looking for a Creative Director to lead strategy, ideation, and execution for all EMEA content marketing initiatives. Reporting to the VP of Creative, you will drive bar-raising campaigns across anime content, seasonal releases, events, and regional initiatives. You'll translate complex challenges across titles, content, brand, and experience into clear, strategically nuanced creative briefs, mentor cross-disciplinary design teams, and ensure the highest quality creative output.

Key Responsibilities

Lead creative strategy at scale, mentor design teams, collaborate with Global Creative Directors, and transform complex challenges into applicable, clear creative briefs across titles, content, brand, and experience.

Build end-to-end creative quality from briefing through delivery, lead creative critiques to draw out the best ideas aligned with design and brand strategy, ensure pixel-perfect execution across all static and audio-visual assets, and manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets without compromising creative excellence.
Oversee preparation of presentation materials and refinements, guide design craft and production accuracy, and build and manage relationships with creative agencies that can deliver at scale.
Foster trust-based relationships with internal and external partners, ensuring agreement while promoting a collaborative, ego-free creative environment.
Navigate projects at all stages—from early ideation and concept development to live campaigns—adapting creatively in real-time, participating in presentations and marketing shoots, managing partners across time zones, and staying ahead of anime and pop-culture trends.

We are considering applicants available to work a hybrid schedule, with three days each week onsite at our London office.
