Warehouse Operative – Reach & Counterbalance FLT (In-Date Licence Required)

Join a Busy and Dynamic Warehouse Team!

We’re seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to join a fast-paced and supportive team in Daventry. If you’re organised, safety-conscious, and hold valid Reach and Counterbalance Forklift Licences, we’d love to hear from you!

You’ll play a key role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations — picking, packing, stock control, and supporting production — all while maintaining high accuracy and safety standards.

 

Key Responsibilities



  • Pick, pack, and issue parts to works orders accurately and efficiently.


  • Prepare picked kits for production and move them to designated areas.


  • Operate Reach and Counterbalance trucks safely in line with Health & Safety policies.


  • Maintain accurate stock records and support regular stock counts.


  • Investigate and report stock discrepancies to management.


  • Ensure smooth material flow and maintain a clean, organised workspace.


  • Flexibility to work on and off the truck as required.


Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
- Valid Reach and Counterbalance forklift licences (essential).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic IT skills (Excel, Outlook, MRP systems desirable).
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure
