We are seeking a motivated Commercial Graduate to join our team at Interocean Marine Services Limited. This role offers recent graduates the chance to gain hands-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of our business as part of the commercial team.

Collaborating with a diversely experienced  team, you’ll gain insights into key commercial matters from business development through to contract execution and management, whilst gaining exposure to the varied industries that we operate within.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of commercial strategies that drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Support the business development team by generating leads and preparing marketing materials.
  • Support the bid and proposal development process by assisting in preparation, review and management of tenders, questionnaires and registrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various projects to improve service offerings and client engagement.
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge in commercial practices.
  • Monitor and analyse company performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines.
  • A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Understanding of basic commercial principles and concepts is preferred.
