Robert Half is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a trusted client for a dedicated Claims Administrator to join their friendly Administration Team based at Cardiff Gate Business Park.

Role Details
* Location: Cardiff Gate Business Park, Cardiff,
* Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
* Salary: £26,085, rising to £28,675 after successful 6-month probation
* Holidays: 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
* Parking: Free onsite parking (own transport required due to location)

About the Role
This is a varied and rewarding position where you'll play a key role in supporting members through efficient claims processing, membership administration, and direct debit management. You'll also contribute to the smooth running of the office through general administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities
Claims Administration
* Process and archive paper/digital claims
* Assess and price benefit amounts
* Handle claims enquiries and request medical certificates
* Prepare cheques and supporting correspondence
* Maintain accurate records in line with GDPR

Membership Support
* Respond to membership queries
* Enrol new members and manage group lists
* Draft letters and follow up on enquiries
* Maintain GDPR-compliant records

Direct Debit Management
* Set up and maintain member payment systems
* Resolve payment queries and manage unpaid direct debits
General Office Duties
* Handle post, calls, emails, and visitors
* Monitor stationery and office supplies
* Support health & safety procedures
* Assist with staff training and ad hoc tasks
