Duties and responsibilities related to the Chef de Partie role

Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards and in accordance with the restaurant's recipes and guidelines.


Monitor the quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation.
Manage inventory for their section, including ordering supplies and ensuring proper stock levels.
Ensure that kitchen equipment and tools in their section are maintained in good working order.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

About you 


Proven experience in culinary operations, demonstrating strong leadership and management skills to oversee and inspire a specific section of the kitchen. Possess extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques.
